This was an incredibly disappointing online shopping experience. I placed my order on December 1, and the first package arrived with a broken bottle—clearly showing poor packaging and a total lack of quality control. The replacement didn’t arrive until December 22, almost a month later. What’s even more frustrating is how customer service addressed the situation. They refused to take responsibility for the damage or the delay, instead trying to blame a third-party delivery service. That is not my issue. I paid the company, not the courier. Any shipping or delivery problems should be the responsibility of the seller—no excuses. For a brand that promotes itself as “premium,” this level of service is unacceptable. Slow resolution, no accountability, and a blatant disregard for customers. The company does not support its products or its service. I had to select one star only because the review platform does not allow submissions without a rating—please ignore it. This company does not deserve any rating at all. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to steer clear.
