We got a new customer service liaison, Struan Rae and he is outstanding. Very attentive to detail, very strategic, has great follow through and is a stellar representative of PHMG. We are thrilled to be working with someone like this and intend to keep our business with PHMB because they take customer service very seriously. Delightful to work with them, and Struan.

2.5 Stars. We've had this service for a few years now, and it was great at the beginning but has become just OK as of late. We will have an issue with our phone system, and after a time it will get resolved only for another issue to pop up right after. This problem has been progressively getting worse. We have been trying to get something resolved for the last few months, and once again- every time we think it is fixed, something else ends up completely wrong. They do get back to you relatively quickly, but the constant back and forth is exhausting.
ZERO STARS! Do not sign a contract with this company. They give no warning when their deadline is to opt out of their 3 year contract. I missed the deadline and was forced into RE-ENROLLMENT for another 3 years!!!!! How can this be legal???
What a shady company. I will be writing bad reviews and taking to socials on a consistent basis to warn people. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!!!!!
I have worked with PHMG for years and have always been very happy with their service. Recordings are always of high quality and are delivered promptly. Our account manager, Tanya, is always very helpful and looks after us extremely well
This service is filled with deceit. It's best to steer clear of them as they are untrustworthy throughout the process. They mislead and manipulate at every opportunity. Communication is poor; they avoid responding to emails and prefer to provide inconsistent information over the phone. Their contracts include questionable "autorenew" clauses, stating that cancellation must be submitted in writing 42 days in advance, a detail that was never clearly communicated to us. Accessing your account manager's contact information or viewing your contract is impossible through the customer portal. We plan to consult a lawyer to help us navigate this situation, as it has been a complete nightmare!
Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and professional. The quality of the services offered has been outstanding. Although I faced some issues with holiday schedule errors, the team worked hard to address these to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who values a professional image.
