Their contracts include questionable "autorenew" clauses, stating that cancellation must be submitted in writing 42 days in advance, a detail that was never clearly communicated to us. Accessing your account manager's contact information or viewing your contract is impossible through the customer portal. We plan to consult a lawyer to help us navigate this situation, as it has been a complete nightmare!
