From first contact everyone was pleasant and put.you at ease, I was so nervous when I went for my f2f I needn't of been. Reception , dietitian,Doctors, all so friendly and knowledgeable.My Surgeon Mr Almerie was really lovely, happily sat and answered all my questions without me feeling I should rush.
