The surgeon demonstrated a high level of professionalism, explaining the entire process clearly. Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing staff was quite negative. I was in significant pain and had little sleep, which made me feel uncomfortable. It seemed like I was being judged for not paying for the surgery. I attempted to communicate my discomfort to a nurse after overhearing another nurse making disparaging comments as she left my room. I felt pain from the medication being administered through the cannula, and when I reported this, I was told to wait longer despite it being the last dose. I chose to remain silent due to their response. Additionally, I noticed the nurses exchanging smirks as I walked by. I also experienced long delays in receiving pain relief and had to inquire about my food, as my afternoon order was not delivered on time, leaving me hungry.

I experienced pain in my hand from the medication, and when I reported it, I was told to wait longer. I stayed silent out of concern for needing another canula. The nurses would smirk at each other as I walked by, and I had to wait hours for pain relief. My food order was also delayed, leaving me feeling hungry.
I have been with the company for several years, undergoing both a bypass and a Roux En Y due to severe reflux. The staff are incredibly supportive, from the reception to the nursing team and surgeons. I've mainly interacted with a representative who has been exceptionally helpful, as well as another who has been equally brilliant. After a recent minor procedure, I felt reassured by the surgeon. It's refreshing to know that when you contact the company, you are treated with respect and care. They are truly outstanding.
