Completing my Master’s degree at the University of Phoenix has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my academic and professional journey. The program was rigorous, flexible, and designed to fit the needs of working professionals. Been waiting for my aid since June 25 2025 it’s now October 27 2025 still getting told the same thing for the last 5 months but I guess it’s because they want to keep the aid to themselves this school is just showing that they want to scam people.
The easy online access for coursework is exceptional! I am always recommending the University of Phoenix to everyone because of their Tribal Ops Team efforts and the course content, along with the quality of my instructors!
University of phoenix are terrible when it comes to financial aid processing. Every course you take in 5 weeks you supposed to get a disbursement from financial aid on set date. This has happen twice to me where I’m getting messages saying I need to pay for my course when I’m thinking the financial aid had paid for it. This school will have you waiting 2-3 weeks after you the started your course for financial aid to pay for it. Then they give me the run around talking about submitting tickets & rushing tickets & im still having to wait for my course to be paid for.
The attendance requirement of posting weekly discussion posts seems like a restriction that is not necessary. Like all assignments, as long as the student completes the work, they should not be required to wait to post the work to meet an online attendance requirement.
