University of phoenix are terrible when it comes to financial aid processing. Every course you take in 5 weeks you supposed to get a disbursement from financial aid on set date. This has happen twice to me where I’m getting messages saying I need to pay for my course when I’m thinking the financial aid had paid for it. This school will have you waiting 2-3 weeks after you the started your course for financial aid to pay for it. Then they give me the run around talking about submitting tickets & rushing tickets & im still having to wait for my course to be paid for.
