I booked well in advance to have a spare car key made and was expecting the appointment to be first thing in the morning. I appreciate that things can go wrong, but I didn’t receive any updates beforehand, so I had to call and message on the day to find out what was happening. I was then told I could be seen at 3pm, which I was happy to accept, but again I didn’t hear anything by 3pm so I called.I then found out that their server had been down all day, which meant the key couldn’t be made. I completely understand that technical issues happen, but it would have been really helpful to have been informed earlier, as it would have saved a lot of waiting around rather than being told last minute. If the server was down all day, a simple call to say would have made all the difference. Overall, just a bit more communication would have made the experience much smoother.
