This can be verified via your call records.2) I was told on the same call that my payment would be refunded. However, when I emailed about it on 20 December, I received this reply: 'The refund was processed immediately, but as we had not received the payment from your bank, it shows as a canceled transaction. Please contact your bank to resolve it.' Was this a blatant lie?3) After I raised the issue as a dispute with my bank, I was contacted via WhatsApp on 4 January stating the amount couldn't be refunded—despite earlier claiming it was never received. Then, my number was blocked. A shocking display of unprofessionalism and dishonesty.
