First thing, the local agent dealing with our urgent car key replacement was very good but he was hampered by the very poor standard of information provided to him by phoenix car keys. Firstly phoenix did not check with the local agent to see if he had the correct key in stock. This meant he had to order the key, delaying the replacement. Also phoenix provided the agent with incorrect information telling him we had a spare key and were able to use the car. This was completely incorrect. We have been without the car for 5 days because of this. Phoenix needs to work on it's communication.
