Currently, repair appointments are given in large time slots (8am to 1pm or 12pm to 4:30pm). As someone with an irregular work schedule, I urge the company to offer hourly appointment options. This would greatly benefit residents like me who do not work from home or are not retired. Additionally, the representative I spoke with was quite rude while I was trying to get information about my boiler repair. I understand it was lunchtime, but she interrupted me and didn’t seem interested in my situation. I ended up missing a shift at work and waited six hours for my boiler to be fixed. The company needs to improve significantly.
