I currently reside in a flat on Lushington Road SE6, which has been deemed uninhabitable by the company. I have not received any schedule of works or updates; in fact, the housing provider has gone silent. Meanwhile, the flat is subsiding, with cracks everywhere, and there's air leaking through the windows. It's extremely cold, and my health condition has deteriorated. As a result, I am pursuing legal action due to breaches of health and safety regulations, neglect, and unlawful practices. I look forward to seeing what the judge decides!
