After spending over a decade in my apartment, a new neighbor moved in across the hall, completely disrupting our lives. He engaged in questionable activities, receiving visitors at strange hours and creating disturbances in the shared hallway. He had a dog that he neglected, allowing it to relieve itself in the common area. Matters worsened when he appeared on several residents' doorbell cameras, brandishing a knife and provoking confrontations. Shockingly, instead of addressing this issue, the management chose to relocate those of us who were previously content. Many residents, myself included, have been compelled to leave due to the management's inaction regarding this threatening behavior. This individual even had the nerve to threaten a woman living alone, banging on her door in the early morning hours. Despite having ample evidence, including over a hundred videos, numerous emails, phone calls, and a meeting with a representative, the management's incompetence remains unchanged. The Home Ownership Officer initially appeared attentive but soon became hard to contact, which seems to be a recurring issue. Unfortunately, their website update prevents reviews on the original platform, which had poor ratings. Now, my only recourse is to consider legal action after enduring this situation for 2.5 years. It is crucial to meticulously document all interactions, save emails, and collect CCTV footage, providing the management opportunities to rectify their mistakes before seeking advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau and considering further actions if necessary.
