Living in Unsafe Conditions for Over a Year

My son and I were relocated in September 2025, and we are still stuck in unsuitable living conditions. There are cracks everywhere, subsidence issues, and many windows let in drafts. Some windows won’t even close due to the subsidence, putting lives at risk. I am extremely frustrated with this illegal operation, which has led to legal action. You have neglected our health and safety, and we have been freezing in this flat. It is your responsibility to relocate us, but you have ignored our pleas. A judge will now review our evidence. Your incompetence is dangerous, and you are liable for our well-being. Your lack of care for tenants is unacceptable. The head of housing, who provided his mobile number, has not responded to my calls, but he will have to answer to the judge!
