I booked my CBT after seeing many positive reviews. Like others, I came in excited yet anxious, but Andy's warm welcome calmed me down. Then I met Jorge, who was a fantastic instructor! They worked well together, explaining everything in a fun and professional way. The equipment was as expected, though basic, with refreshments available. It was an intense day filled with information, but I felt supported throughout. Even during the road training, they monitored my performance while guiding me through busy streets. I started off struggling in the car park, but by day’s end, I was riding with confidence. There was a minor issue with some attendees struggling with English, which impacted the day slightly, but overall, it was an amazing experience and great value.
