I want to warn potential customers about my frustrating experience with this dealership after purchasing a vehicle from them.Since the purchase, I've encountered numerous issues with the car. Initially, the dealership assured me that they would handle the necessary repairs. However, when I asked for an estimated timeline for those repairs, they reneged on their promise and refused to follow through.To make matters worse, this dealership was aware of our prior negative experience with another dealer, where we were misled and taken advantage of to the tune of £4000. It is incredibly disappointing to see them exhibit a similar lack of integrity and customer support.Furthermore, I have been denied my requests for essential repairs and a refund. The communication from this dealership has been severely lacking, my phone calls often go unanswered, and my emails are consistently ignored, which is unacceptable for any customer seeking assistance. This needs to be improved.After investing in what should be a reliable vehicle, it’s disheartening to feel overlooked. I expected much better support and responsiveness from a dealership. If this dealership cannot prioritize customer communication and adequately address these issues, I warn potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase.
