The printer is portable yet quite heavy, making it frustrating to use. The app is cumbersome, and uploading documents for printing is often a struggle. When it does print, it only outputs one page before you have to restart the job, wasting expensive thermal paper. Printing from a laptop is also problematic, as it frequently goes offline. Overall, this printer is very disappointing and will probably end up in the trash.
