Issues with updates and bluetooth connectivity with the P90. First say that it would be my IPhone 11 and then with IPhone 12 pro max also problems with the Bluetooth connection. Then I also suffered from dropouts of phone calls with my left hearing aid, for which I have already been back to the hearing care professional 3 times. In the end, I couldn't even use the device I bought it for. A representative of Phonak was also unable to utter a meaningful word. Apart from the gigantic device noise I heard and I never had the B70 with an older model. Then after 8 weeks they find out that they have not submitted the application for my Solo equipment to the insurer properly. This while I had already called after 5 weeks and said that the insurer had not received anything, she did not want to know anything about it. In the end I returned the P90 and got 70 percent back from the hearing care professional for a 5 month old device (I'm already grateful for this). However, I still made a 30 percent loss for a defective product. I should be able to get a free phone from Phonak by now. Totally not satisfied
