This company has been shocking! They promised my phone would be delivered, but it never arrived. They took my deposit and additional money, and the staff were extremely rude. Communication was difficult as English was a second language for both sides. I called them numerous times with no response. When I finally got through, I was asked to spell my name, highlighting the language barrier. I inquired about my phone delivery, and they said they would connect me with the salesperson, but then I got cut off. I left many voicemails without any callbacks. Their rudeness was unacceptable, and after reaching out via messaging, it seems I will never receive my phone. They've taken my deposit, and I've had issues with my card since then, forcing me to get a replacement. I will attempt to recover my money, but I'm not optimistic. Please steer clear of this company; my experience has been dreadful!
