I purchased a cover on November 10, and it indicated it should arrive in 2-4 days... Now it's December 7, and my package still hasn't been sent?? When I track it, it still shows it's in Sweden. I either want my money back or my order sent ASAP. Also, please improve your support on the website. I dislike the automated responses. Can I talk to a real person? Thank you.
