Review Time
I purchased a cover on November 10, and it indicated it should arrive in 2-4 days... Now it's December 7, and my package still hasn't been sent?? When I track it, it still shows it's in Sweden. I either want my money back or my order sent ASAP. Also, please improve your support on the website. I dislike the automated responses. Can I talk to a real person? Thank you.
They sent the wrong product. I contacted the support team, but it seems the staff isn't well trained. They can't differentiate between a case for one model and a larger version that doesn't fit. They are still asking me to try this case and send pictures of the tablet. By the way, I've already sent pictures showing the model clearly. I'm giving 3 stars only because they decided to refund my products.
