⭐ 1 Star is generous.It has now been ONE MONTH since I received a QR code payment through PhonePe and the money is still missing. Not delayed. Not “processing.” Missing. 💸Trying to contact support? Welcome to the PhonePe Escape Room.📞 Call the helpline → IVR loop → disconnected.💬 Try the in app chat → frozen screen → no resolution.📧 Email address to complain? Apparently that is top secret.For a company handling people’s money, the complete absence of real human support is beyond ridiculous. It is like shouting into a digital black hole.And when my son tried to help and called from a non registered number? he was told they can only speak to the registered phone. Fine. Except the registered phone gets you stuck in the same useless automated maze. So what exactly is the solution here? Manifest the money back? 🔮This has caused serious stress for me - a 75 year old lady. We are not talking about pocket change. We are talking about trust. And right now, there is none.Here is where this goes next. If this is not resolved immediately, you will be hearing from my lawyer. I am prepared to escalate this formally and legally. 🧾⚖️Never again PhonePe. I will not be using this service in the future, and I would strongly caution anyone thinking about trusting them with their money.Do better. Or be prepared to answer for it.
