I wrote to see if I could deactivate voice mail and, and if I did, could I reestablish it later. I did not want it deactivated, I was only considering it.A technician deactivated my voice mail as he misunderstood my email. Two other technicians tried to get reestablished, but they were not successful. A third (Sergio H.) finally got it reestablished properly. Thank you Sergio H.
