I encountered a troubling situation with a seller on a social media marketplace. They initially presented a product at an unbelievable price. After I sent the payment, I was informed that I needed to spend at least $500 more for expedited shipping, or else I would have to wait for additional stock from my area. I refused to make any further purchases until my original order was fulfilled. This led to frustration on their part, and when I requested a refund, I was assured it would be processed. However, they subsequently blocked me. I strongly advise against trusting this seller.

Service Decline - Avoid at All Costs!

I've been with this provider for years, but their service has significantly deteriorated. Canceling my service has been a hassle, with no response to calls and repeated disconnections. Zero Star Option Needed

I would give zero stars if possible. After relocating, I requested to cancel my service and was threatened with charges for equipment return. I returned the hardware, but received no confirmation or refund. Their policies seem arbitrary and unfair. I wouldn't recommend this company.
