I’ve been working in the beauty & holistic industry for over 20 yrs & introduced to Phorest 14 yrs ago. I never looked back. The system taking care of all appointments & client records was invaluable. Also the SMS appointment reminder meant customers were aware of their appointment eliminating “no shows” & promotional campaigns could be sent via SMS & email at the click of a button. Following an appointment clients are automatically asked to leave a review. I found this technology invaluable as reviews can be transferred to social media for eg fb insta etc or referred to in emails and at workshops etc. The technology support is endless depending on the size of your business & I found in my 14 years although a small business I was still given full support & shown respect on a par with high street salons with big staff numbers etc. I found Customer Service excellent. In fact I would rate Phorest 110% tops in Customer Service. They really shine as a Company in this Department.
