I moved to Phorest a few years ago now and I can quite honestly say that I could not imagine being able to run my business without it. The features that it brings together into one place is unmatched by any other software and the recent introduction of the social media advertising manager and detailed digital consultations is just one example of how these people do not stand still when it comes to developing and innovating an already excellent product. From the initial excellent demonstration with Phydos which was extensive, detailed and left no stone unturned (I’ve never had such a brilliant and enthusiastic software demo ever) through to the incredibly supportive setup and the. Ongoing support and business advice from the ever accommodating and wonderful Richard; Phorest really feels like more of a partnership rather than a mere salon software service. I’ve also recently taken on their card terminals in both my salon locations and not only is the end of day easier but card-less checkout, fast in house deposits and not to forget the monumental increase in staff tips are all positive assets that have come from the Phorest stable. A shout out to Ciaran, Craig, Isak and Sacha for all the help and advice in moving to the Phorest Pay terminals too. One of the very useful things I find from a business point of view is the scalability of the Phorest system and how easily additional branch locations are able to be added to the package and coupled with the terminals, Phorest very much allows one to form a replicable blueprint when it comes to expansion of your brand into new locations. I’d highly recommend Phorest and am happy to personally answer any queries any prospective people thinking about moving to Phorest - I have no affiliation to Phorest but am a regular and very happy business owner that uses it on a daily basis.
