BE AWARE! THIS COMPANY IS GOING DOWNHILL FAST! If I could give a zero rating I would! Giving a bad review goes against my principles as a business owner but In this case I'm making an exception!I've been a loyal customer of phorest for several years and over the past 18 months I've experienced major problems, including not being able to market to my database, which is having a detrimental effect on my business. I have complained weekly over a several month period and been ignored. I have been unable to change providers because the client data I've collected over the past 15 years whilst running a successful business has been provided in such a way to make it near impossible for it to be pieced back together to import into another providers software. If you want to pay anything up to £300 per month for little to no customer service, software you cannot use to market to your clients, risk all your current and future client data then this is definatley the business software for you!I have been unable to reply to the response from Phorest, however we are now 25.7.23 and still no resolution and emails and calls remain unanswered! WOW!
