I signed up for a $7.99 deal and was unexpectedly charged an ADDITIONAL $15.99 without my approval. When they finally responded, they insisted all charges were legitimate. They are scamming people and need to be stopped. There are excessive in-app charges, and the wait times are long with disappointing results. I'm reaching out to various agencies to reverse these charges. Please DO NOT engage with this service; they are SCAMMERS. I previously contacted support before posting this review, and after four days, they refused my refund request, despite me explaining the double charge. Be cautious; this company operates in a very deceptive manner.
