Their team manually adjusted the file to optimize it for canvas, and the new result is exactly what I was hoping for .. vibrant, detailed, and perfectly exposed.While the first print had issues, the way Yash handled the correction was truly professional. They provided previews and ensured the quality was verified before shipping. I am very impressed with the commitment to making things right and the high-quality final product. I’m now a very happy customer and would recommend them for their commitment to making things right.-------Poor print quality—dark and muddy. Unhelpful support.I ordered a large (120×150 cm) canvas using a high-resolution master file (10,000+ pixels). The result was extremely disappointing—the print is so dark that all the intricate details in the shadows have completely disappeared.When I complained, customer service admitted that "ink naturally diffuses into fabric," yet their website promises "vibrant colors and sharp details" with no warning about this significant darkening. They refused a replacement and offered only a 15% refund for a product that doesn't match their own digital mockup. For a professional service, the lack of proactive "pre-flight" checks and the poor calibration for fine art is unacceptable. Avoid if you care about shadow detail.
