Shopped with Photo-Canvas a fair few times and had no issues. Spent well over £1k shopping with them for different businesses I work with. On the latest order, they sent to the billing address instead of the intended address. Using their live chat I spoke to Teja who looked into the matter his end and determined there was nothing he could do.I'm not sure what went wrong, if a page refreshed etc, however, we definitely put the correct address our end at the time as I had a colleague confirm. Although accidents happen, I found Teja was rather confrontational/rude to deal with. He had no interest in helping us resolve the situation.Overall its a shame as I was using them regularly and had no issues with the products. I will likely go elsewhere now purely due to the customer service.
