Terrible.. very little contact or response.. no idea where my holiday cards are? Should have been here days ago. Nobody responds to emails, the chat is a 30 min wait and never get anyone on the phone. Must be because they can’t get their products out in time. The tracking number has said the same thing for days.. they will now be late if I get them at all!
