I ordered New Years cards on 12/21/25. It was supposed to arrive at the latest 12/30/25. January came around and I figured I'd give it a few days. When I called, they said it may have been lost. But when I tracked the package, it said it "we never received this shipment from the sender..." So disappointed! At least they gave me a refund but that doesn't make it any better.
Your company is amazing! I have been using PhotoAffections for years!!! Great customer service. Excellent products. Always arrives fast and before estimated time. I LOVE your company and would HIGHLY recommend!
Last year, I had a fantastic experience with this service, receiving my Christmas cards on time and in excellent quality. However, this year, I received an envelope of blank cards instead of my order, despite paying for overnight shipping. Now, my cards will arrive very late. I will be seeking refunds and likely opting for a different service next year.
I had a seamless experience with this service last year and was very pleased with our Christmas cards. They arrived on time, were of good quality, and were mailed well before the Christmas deadline. This year, however, I received a package of blank cards, and my actual order, for which I paid for overnight shipping, won’t arrive until 12/22. Consequently, my cards will be sent out very late. I will be requesting refunds and switching to another service next year.
I placed my card order on December 7 with overnight shipping, and they arrived on December 9. Upon opening the box, I found that all the cards had two white lines across them. I reached out to customer service and received a replacement, but was informed that it would arrive on December 16 unless I paid for expedited processing. I paid an extra $18, and the replacement arrived on December 12. Unfortunately, it contained another family’s Christmas cards. When I contacted customer service again, they agreed to send a replacement but would not expedite it. I pointed out that I had already paid for expedited processing due to their error. They issued a refund for the cards, but I will have to return the incorrect ones to get my money back, and the $18 for expedited processing was not refunded. This whole experience has been frustrating and costly, and I will choose a different service in the future.
This service is absolutely terrible. Save yourself the trouble and choose another option. I had them reorder my cards three times and still haven't received my order. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. The aggravation and frustration are not worth it.
I bought a deal for the cards, unaware that shipping would cost $10 plus tax on the original price. I ordered my cards almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Customer service was unhelpful and seemed dismissive. Overall, the experience was rude, and I will not be returning.
I have used this service for years. When the product is correct, it's fantastic. However, when there’s an issue, customer service is slow and unhelpful. I ordered 50 cards with a satin finish, but they arrived in matte. After chatting with customer service, they offered me only a partial refund despite the entire order being incorrect. I had to insist multiple times for a proper resolution, which took far too long. This experience was frustrating.
