Over the past month, I dedicated time to creating a photobook through the service, spending several weeks assembling it on their platform. This week, they reported a website issue, resulting in the loss of all my work, including the saved history of the project. I feel very disappointed and frustrated, as they haven't been able to recover any part of the book that was nearly ready for printing. This represents weeks of effort lost due to the service's shortcomings. It seems there are no options available to create backup versions of the photobook, which could prevent such a loss. I strongly believe in the importance of backups and am surprised that this service lacks this feature, putting users at risk of losing their hard work. Now, with 20 more books to create from my six-month trip abroad, I am considering switching to another provider.
