Disappointed and misled.
I chose this company after reading some good reviews before almost purchasing with another company. Everything I read at the time said the quality etc was great. I thought the process online was easy when making my book and can’t wait to see the final product HOWEVER THIS COMPANY IS NOT PRINTING PRODUCTS IN AUSTRALIA. I’m disappointed to say the least as nothing on the website specifically tells you this. I have screen shots of the shipping info and the apparent “location” of this company. My order is coming from Malaysia which again is not displayed anywhere on the website that manufacturing is done off site.
The only reason I went with this company was the fact it was “Australian owned” when realistically I should have realised it was too good to be true.
Hopefully the quality of our photo book remains the same but I’m not holding hope and I’m also not relying on the fact that I paid for express shipping for it to arrive within the given time frame because I didn’t realise it was coming from Malaysia !!
