Ms. Amber their General Manager immediately reached out to me personally after some issues. She is professional, polite and took on the concerns as if they had happened to her. Meaning she displayed genuine empathy. We never wanted anyone to sugar coat answers we simply wanted someone from the company to hear our valid concerns. Amber has assured me that concerns I had about financing, communication delivery and an overall positive customer experience from beginning to end has improved under her expertise. I can tell from her call with us she listened. She took notes, she mentioned every concern I had and discussed them with me with respect. I'm also grateful for the transparency in which she answered our concerns. She said there is a way to deliver a no without making people feel devalued and that is all I wanted to hear.
