My wife and I are pleased with the service and hospitality Josh and the team had provided us. They provided payment options for our photo booth and we were able to go pick it up the next day. They have checked on us on how we are doing and most recent we took advantage of the lead fuel CRM and have had onboarding meetings with Jose on how to navigate through the software. You have to be willing to put in the time and be open to learning the equipment, Darkroom software, and the CRM so you can take your business to the next level! They make you feel part of the team. The weekly calls are a great. I think is a great way to assist the owners. They are very personal and help you with the process of setting up funnel and CRM and any individual questions you have regarding the business. The staff is great and very knowledgeable.
