However, when I went to pay, I found no option to enter my gift voucher code. I inquired through the AI chat, only to be told that only one promo code can be applied! My gift voucher is not a promo code; it’s a monetary gift of £50! This feels like a scam, as I now have to pay an additional £30 out of my own pocket to complete my book. I attempted to contact the AI chat again for an email address, but received a poor response instead. This was my first experience, and I won’t be using this service again or recommending it to anyone.
