I anticipated delays due to the holiday season, but when my order was marked as 'delivered' and I hadn't received it, I reached out for help. The company repeatedly sent the same message about expected delays with the postal service. They later sent a generic email stating that orders made before December 9th would arrive before Christmas. My order never arrived, and now they have stopped responding to my emails for almost a week. After spending over £50, I expected at least some acknowledgment of my situation. I will be requesting a refund.
