Like a ghosttown when you reach out to them! Order still not arrived, not been despathed within time limits they clearly state across their website! Wont be using again. I wonder which will come first, my order or their reply to my emails?! watch this space!

I ordered on November 21st and received my package on December 15th. The delay was disappointing, but I appreciated the quick response when I reached out for an update. The tracking information was somewhat unclear, which can happen. Nevertheless, the product itself is fantastic; the scent is strong, and the design is well-executed.
After reading positive reviews, I chose this service over others. I placed my order on 25/11, expecting a 5-10 day delivery. I anticipated delays due to the holiday season, but when my order was marked as 'delivered' and I hadn't received it, I reached out for help. The company repeatedly sent the same message about expected delays with the postal service. They later sent a generic email stating that orders made before December 9th would arrive before Christmas. My order never arrived, and now they have stopped responding to my emails for almost a week. After spending over £50, I expected at least some acknowledgment of my situation. I will be requesting a refund.
My item finally arrived today after a 3-week wait. The product itself is fine, but the lack of communication and the delivery process were frustrating. I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I ordered on December 6th, received an email on December 11th stating it had shipped, but when I asked for tracking on December 17th, I got a vague response about delays. The package arrived with a postal mark indicating it was sent 2nd Class, contrary to what was advertised. Better communication about shipping methods is needed, especially during busy periods.
I ordered on December 5th, and the item was marked as out for delivery on December 11th. It's now December 22nd, and I still haven't received it. There was no tracking information provided. However, the items finally arrived on December 23rd—much later than expected. While I'm relieved they arrived before Christmas, I wish the communication regarding delays had been better.

I attempted to contact customer service via email and social media, but my inquiries have gone largely unanswered. I received a generic reply stating my order was sent on time without a tracking number. Given that the postal service allows tracking, I find this response unsatisfactory. I will need to pursue a chargeback with my bank. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered an air freshener on December 6th, received an email on December 11th stating it had shipped and should arrive in 2-5 days. After that time passed with no delivery, I reached out multiple times without any response. I even called the company, but the number was not recognized. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially for what was meant to be a fun Christmas gift. I doubt I will get a refund since I can't reach anyone.
