I ordered on December 6th, received an email on December 11th stating it had shipped, but when I asked for tracking on December 17th, I got a vague response about delays. The package arrived with a postal mark indicating it was sent 2nd Class, contrary to what was advertised. Better communication about shipping methods is needed, especially during busy periods.
