I placed my order on December 5th and received an email on December 11th saying it had shipped with a postal service. Now it’s December 22nd, and there is still no sign of my parcel. I attempted to contact customer service via email and social media, but my inquiries have gone largely unanswered. I received a generic reply stating my order was sent on time without a tracking number. Given that the postal service allows tracking, I find this response unsatisfactory. I will need to pursue a chargeback with my bank. Very disappointing experience.
