While creating images, I can no longer find the cutouts under the 'Insert' menu. Where did that option go? The only way to access them now is through the main menu under 'Brand,' but I can't add them to my images like before! This app was fantastic for my needs until the 23rd of last month when I discovered this issue, though others had reported it days earlier. Some users mentioned facing this problem for over a week. As of today (12/7/25), I've been waiting two weeks for a fix. Thankfully, I'm not one of the 'paid subscription' users affected, but it's disappointing that even free users like me are having these issues. Everything else for editing is still functioning well. The company needs to restore this feature quickly. Note: Today, I found a potential temporary workaround. If you have an Android or iPhone, go to app.PhotoRoom.com. On my phone, under the options in the top right corner, ensure 'Desktop site' is enabled. If it works, you can see all your cutouts when you click 'Insert' while working on a design. While the white background isn't ideal, it's a minor inconvenience to regain essential functionality.
