Poor customer service experience

I have had a subscription for a few years, focusing solely on importing and exporting photos with a white background. My annual subscription recently jumped from $90 to over $2500, which is unjustifiable. I should be able to continue my work without such drastic price increases. Additionally, I'm unable to batch import as before, only exporting one by one now, which wasn't previously a limitation. I've reached out to customer service and am still waiting for a response. Another issue is that to do single exports, I now need to provide full access to all my photos, which doesn't make sense.
