My Photoroom Pro subscription has suddenly gone belly up. 1. the edited photo deletes the original photo when downloaded2. when templates are dropped behind the photographed item the item distorts and cannot be put back to original size. 3. I cannot use the "batch" option despite being a PRO subscriber 4. I have attempted to contacted Photoroom via Chat Help Desk for 5 days in a row and have not received any help to resolve these issues.5. Therefore I unable to use Photoroom despite having paid a year's subscription and only used it for 4 months.
