I placed an order on Monday 23rd January and I was sent an email saying next day delivery when I looked at the tracking it was to be delivered on Friday 27th by UPS, why send an email saying next day when its 5 days. I got a text message from UPS saying delivery Friday 27th between 0945 and 1345 so I took a day off work only to find that UPS had cancelled my delivery for no reason. I rang Photospecialists on the UK number given only to be redirected to Holland where no one answered the phone I also sent an email to be told ii would get a reply in 3 working days, so I have no idea when my order is coming if it doesn't come today then its going to be next week as UPS don't work Saturdays, total joke by both companies.Update: 30/01/23My order has just arrived UPS had never updated the tracking as it still says my order is still at the Depot. Lian at Photospecialists has been brilliant, it seems that it has been mostly UPS to blame so I think a little harshly on my part only giving 1 star but because of Lian it should be upgraded to 4 stars.
