This website is a SCAM!!! They were very responsive until I made payment and then went completely silent. They have scammed me out of $2,000+.
I am escalating with the UK and Dutch police.
One of the worst companies i have ever delt with.sent printer without UK plug Euro 2 pin supplied. Was delivered by royal mail. Return though was via UPS closest drop of point was a 20 mile 4 bus ride which took 2 hours in total and cost me £12. Afterall it was there error. Sent message via website outlining issue. They never replyed to it. So phoned first 4 calls were terminated when selection to department was chosen. 5th time got through. Appologetic but of no real help as i was expected to rectify there mistake. Be very careful with this shambolic company. Wold not recomend and would leave a minus five stars if it was possible. Ordered from Currys on Saturday and the correct item was delivered to me on Sunday and £15 cheaper.
I placed an order for Raynox250 filter online on 13.01.2026. The website said that item will be delivered in 2-3 days. 9 days later I still have no information about it despite calling them on phone twice. On both occasions I was told that the item has been sent to me via Royal Mail. On tracking on Royal Mail, it says that they are expecting an item ! This message has been there for almost a week now.The attitude of company's reps on phone has been least helpful. I did not expect such a disappointing experience with a big photography store. Today when I spoke to the agent on phone and asked for refund. He said he cannot issue refund and will investigate the matter which might take few days! How pathetic service this is. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything from them again
Ordered a fujifilm printable camera. Said online it would take 3/5 days to arrive. Its been almost 3 weeks since i purchased it and customer support havent done anything besides saying they will investigate the problem with no resolution. Wish i went on here before hand otherwise i wouldn't of bought from this site most definitely
I ordered an instax wide printer and 2 packs of film. I noticed on the order confirmation page that they were quite explicit with a message to say you will receive an order confirmation email straight away ( I did not receive an order confrimation email, still havent) something about the wording was a little off so i decided to check reviews and found many customers stating the items they received were used and not new. I requested my order be cancelled due to the risk of receiving used items rather than take the chance so I submitted the cancellation form and waited, suddenly received an email stating the order was on the way. A few minutes later I received a response to say the order couldnt be cancelled as it had shipped but they did nothing to assure me that items sold by this company were new and not used. Orders ship from Netherlands and delivery dates listed before purchasing were not accurate, the items stated 2-3 days but ended uo being 5 days. Items do appear to be new and unused which is a relief. I would say order at your own risk. There is something not quite right with this company.
I ordered Vortex Diamondback HD 8x42 Binoculars for £208 from Photospecialist/Kamera Express UK, expecting a brand new product. What arrived was clearly damaged and had been previously used.The issues identified:Broken plastic loop on the lens capVisible damage to the rim next to the front lensClear signs of previous use despite being sold as "new"Delivery exceeded the promised 3-5 day timeframeI paid full price for what was advertised as a new product and received damaged second-hand goods. After reviewing other customers' experiences, it appears I am not alone in receiving used items sold as new.Following my complaint, obtaining a refund required numerous emails over several days. I was also required to repackage the item, locate a suitable return point, and make two separate visits to a refund centre to complete the return. The process was time-consuming and required persistence that many customers may not be able to sustain.I posted my original review on 9 November 2025. On 17 January 2026, over two months later, I received a request from this company via Trustpilot for "more details" – despite my original review containing the order reference, invoice number, dates, and specific defects. No genuine clarification was required.
