I requested to return an item and was sent just the address which was on HOLLAND which is strange for a .co.uk website I sent it off and then heard nothing for a MONTHThey then tried to say that I did not do it right and I found out its now stuck in holland customsI am now out of pocket £300 and that did not careI even offered to pay the customs fee!Terrible service
