Bought a camera backpack from this company as it was clearly advertised on their website that it was a bundle deal with a certain size of internal camera holding cube WANDRD THE PRVKE 21 LITRE BLUE PHOTO BUNDLE V2 (Article Number: 12332104). The backpack arrived with a smaller different internal cube holder which was too small for my camera. I emailed them back explaining the problem and they then spent the next five days making excuses, trying to pass the problem on to their supplier and doing their upmost to avoid sending me what I hade bought and paid for.......They basically refused to honour what was advertised on their website and refused to send me what I had paid for. They did everything they could to avoid helping me. The item is still advertised on their website and they are still selling it knowing that is is packaged with a different part which is wrong. After reading the reviews I very much regret using this company and even now I have sold the item on ebay rather than returning it to them as I just do not trust that they will honour a refund and I will be completely out of pocket. As many of the other reviews say.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
