However, I found out that the store isn't actually located in Ireland; they merely use a local URL while being based in another country. I had to reach out to the support team twice regarding shipping, and neither time could they provide a tracking number or confirm when my package left the warehouse. My item finally arrived today after two weeks, which is understandable given the holiday season's impact on postal services. While I can't really complain about the delivery considering the situation, I wish there had been a clear indication on the website about their actual location. I would have preferred a local seller. I now have a product I will certainly use in the future, but it was needed by a specific date and time, not the later arrival. I initially chose them thinking they were a local option, and even a longer delivery time would have been acceptable with express service. Overall, I rate it 3 out of 5 stars.
