I really like the product. It is a cost effective way to have filtered water and is much better for the environment. However, customer service is awful - I am on the subscription service to have a new filter sent every 45 days. The last one was tracked by Royal Mail 48 hour and was due to be delivered on the 31st of December.I have left it until after Christmas and New year and I have still not received the filter. I have sent two emails - one with a screen shot saying it has not been delivered - I have not received a reply to either e-mail.I have sat on the chat bot waiting to be connected to a real person (chat bot's recommendation) for 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) and I have now given up.I will give Phox another 24 hours to contact me and then cancel my subscription. I understand things do go wrong but I always judge a company on how they deal with issues and this is not acceptable.
